From the very begining we wanted to offer quality to competitive prices, like we have always done in V-Twins Biker Outfitters. The challenge was not small because achieving some kind of uniqueness is very complicated in Second Life. Besides, Shoes in Second Life have always had one important problem which is the bugs related to feet and ankles that Linden never bothered to fix.
However, the new viewer 2.x from Linden Labs offered a new possibility for us because finally we had the feeling that we could release some quality boots and shoes that would survive old viewers where footwear was relying on invisible prims. Therefore, while working with the same shoes we could offere 2 standards: the 1.2x shoe and the new 2.x shoe.
The project was eventually called V-Twins Bootleggerz as a tribute to one of our oldest and hot sellers outfits for men called: "Bootlegger". The new shop is located in Traffic Jam sim, close to V-Twins Traffic Jam and our Club Sin-Sations.
Taking into account that our new line of products "Traffic Jam" is more formal, this new shoe products offer a new set of possibilities for all our biker formalwear and we are happy to close on of our main objectives with Traffic Jam project that was provinding quality formal biker apparel in Second Life.
